This
facility has been designed to offer
employers a choice of 'Online Driver
Knowledge Assessments'. Included is a
'Psychometric Driver Profiler' facility (designed to
establish attitude and behaviour). It aims
to assist employers in establishing an
employees’ current day level of knowledge
determining whether or not further driver
training and development is necessary.
Online
driver assessments are available at two
levels:
Knowledge Assessments
Driver Profiler
Regardless of the type of vehicle or annual
mileage an employee drives, with regular
changes in the Highway Code and motoring
legislation and licence requirements, it is
difficult for anyone to be aware of current
motoring legislation. The Knowledge
Assessment can be utilised either on
engaging a new employee or on a periodical
basis. Questions are selected at random from
a database of Driving Standards Agency (DSA)
endorsed material.
If
driver education programmes are implemented
appropriately, such re-education should
contribute significantly to on road safety,
improved fuel consumption, reduced
accident/crash rates leading to lower
insurance premiums.
There is no software required to be
downloaded to company networks and the
question database is kept up to date to
cover current Highway Code and Legislation
